We had a great experience building with EDGE!!! Every person that we’ve worked with has been helpful, professional, and kind. This is our second time building and it’s a huge difference working with an amazing builder like EDGE! The way they organize the process makes it so convenient. The quality and timeliness of the build was spectacular. I’d 100% recommend working with Humberto, he was always available to answer our questions, meet with us and give us tours of different models, and was overall one of the nicest people we’ve ever met. Ashley in the design studio was amazing, she really helped us make decisions based on my style and inspiration pictures, and didn’t push for more expensive upgrades. Ryan the project manager was great, he gave us updates almost weekly so that we knew where our home was at. Even working with the preferred lender First Colony Mortgage was amazing. Reagan and Kallie Walker were so helpful during a normally stressful time, they were great at answering our questions and explaining the process. I fully believe that everyone at EDGE had our best interests at heart and we are so excited to move into our home!! And one day if we build again I know I will only work with EDGE.

I’m super excited about my beautiful new home. Edge was very professional and easy to work with. I was able to customize each room to my very particular taste. They walked me through everything in the design center and the incredible options that were available with both standard and upgraded selection. When there are any issues or questions they were dealt with promptly. The entire team kept me updated on all aspects of the building, inspections, and completion of my home purchase. They have done a wonderful job creating my new dream home!

Steven Maddox and the rest of the team were extremely polite, professional, and patient. They have a plethora of knowledge and explained everything simply for homebuyers to understand. After searching around for several months, we found that Edge has the best prices, lots, and staff. As a veteran couple, they sought to take care of us and ensure that we maximized our benefits. 10/10.

We looked at a lot of different builders before deciding upon Edge. We looked at Edge fist and over the course of 4 months, we kept going back to Edge every time we looked at other builders. We simply loved their design and attention to detail. Throughout the build process, the great impressions didn’t stop. I’m so happy we chose Edge for our home. The people we interacted with, the craftsmanship of the home, and the overall process made me a lifetime customer!

EDGE has been SO great to work with during our home building process! Each person of contact we had was so patient to help us understand the process and answer all of our questions! From our design expert, Andreah, to the head builder, Jack, or Boyd our customer service representative to Christian who did some of the final touch ups, to Todd our EDGE realtor, we truly couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us with building our first home! Edge homes has been so great to work with. Everyone was wonderful and very helpful throughout the whole build process. Our build manager was very patient and knowledgeable and was very helpful and made the perfect home for us! We love our home! I would recommend Edge to everyone. Their floor plans and designs are awesome!

EdgeHomes, while not perfect, always took the extra step to make things right for us and our needs.

For instance, we were told we would get a glass bathroom. But in our walk-through during the framing, we noticed they were framing for a walled shower. Rather than explaining to us the misunderstanding, Hailey and the edge team took it upon themselves to rise to our request and knocked down the wall to put in the glass wall. They made a mistake, and then rectified it by going up instead of down.

The same thing happened with our bathroom countertop. We expected a white one. Turns out the paperwork had always said it would be a dark gray. But instead of holding us to the fine print, they took out the gray and added the white!

Time and time again Edge and Hailey turned what could have been a disappointment and made it a moment of relief and comfort that we picked the right builder.

If you are looking to work with a builder wants to prove themselves and make you feel comfortable and happy to buy a house in the rising Utah market, you can’t go wrong with Edge.

My husband and I just built a home with Edge. With it being our first home, I was stressed and nervous. Edge did everything they could to help alleviate stress and make the process more enjoyable. Now that we are in our home, I couldn’t be happier. It’s beautifully designed and well thought out. I’d highly recommend using Edge for your next home purchase.
