Meet the Mathesons: The Home Building Process
BACKGROUND

The Mathesons are buyers who started their EDGEhomes journey with a beautiful townhome in our Sky Ridge community. They loved many of the features of our townhomes that many are drawn to- namely that they are spacious, open, and live like a single family home.
The Matheson’s townhome had all of the conveniences of a single family home with the price and amenities of a multi family home. In their years as a new couple, they enjoyed the process of buying with EDGEhomes from choosing their selections with a designer, to being settled into their first ever home.

When the Mathesons started planning to grow their family from two to three with a baby girl on the way, they realized that they would want a little bit more room. When faced with the choice to use EDGEhomes again or pick from other builders, they weighed all of their options and realized that everything about the EDGEhomes experience couldn’t be beat. They loved the personalized customer service, the quality of the construction, and the endless options they would have as they designed the home of their dreams for their growing family.
DESIGN STUDIO
The Mathesons worked with their designer in our award winning Design Studio to select their options for their new single family home. Inspired by ideas they had seen on Pinterest and other social media, they came in with some plans of what they wanted to see in their new home. They wanted to change a few things up from the design options they chose for their townhome, so they went with a warmer palette, as well as some more timeless selections.
