Our Exchange Interior townhome model is a great example of how to use darker accents in a home without weighing down the space too much. Dubbed “moody masculine” by our designers, it showcases dark and light ends of the color spectrum with perfect balance.

Great Room
A sectional is an excellent choice for a great room, especially with an open floor concept like this one. Rather than a typical sofa that leans against the wall on one side of the room, a sectional adds a new shape to the room, while maximizing seating.
Kitchen & Dining Area
Not everything has to mix and match. We love how these gorgeous counter stools complement the similarly dark cabinet selection in the kitchen.
Master Bedroom
A four poster bed frame can take an ordinary bedroom to the next level. Our designers used one in the master bedroom of this townhome along with geometric shapes and neutral tones to balance out the masculinity of the frame.
